Summer is here! Time to practice your photography skills!
I know, I know..... The dreaded COVID19, the uncertainties and the constant changing of regulations..... If we don't plan anything, nothing will happen. So let's just assume we can do this outing, until any further regulations says otherwise.
Here is an excellent opportunity to meet other passionate photographers like yourself, practice, have a lovely walk somewhere in Belgium and contribute to charity! All this at the same time! Bear in mind this is not a workshop. It is more of an informal gathering of photographers of different experience who wish to practice/share ideas. As usual, if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
The Orval Brewery is located within the walls of the Abbaye Notre-Dame d'Orval in the Gaume region of Belgium.
We meet up at 0945 and depart at 0950.
Please be on time as we will not wait for late-arrivals. For those without transport, there is the possibility of carpooling.
While this photo outing is free, a modest fee/charity donation of €10
is requested from each participant to
- Cover the time in organising car pooling.
- Guidance.
- Avoid 'No-show'
The €10 can be made to any charity purpose of your choice. No proof of payment will be requested. I leave it between your karma and your conscience to do the right thing ;-)
If you need a suggestion, you can also join me in supporting Mr Made. He is a farmer as well as my driver when I travel in Bali. His livelihood has been severely affected due to COVID19. For this you can make the contribution directly on the day itself.
Please reply not later than Thursday 6th August 2020. This will give me ample time to organise things.

Your health and safety are my top priorities.
This outing will take place under the latest regulations. (social distancing, limited number of people, etc). Use of face mask or face shields required for car pooling.
Needless to add, this may be postponed due to changes in regulations.
QUICK INFORMATION
- Meeting Point Ave Louise parking (opposite Natural Cafe) at 0945. Please be on time.
- €10 participation fee/donation to any charity organisation of your choice.
- A friend or partner is welcome to join. Let me know in advance so I can plan it in.
- Carpooling is possible. Let me know if you have space or need a ride.
- Wear appropriate clothing for the season.
- We aim to be back in Brussels by 17.30h. Bring a sandwich lunch pack and water for the outing.

The meeting point is on Avenue Louise carpark. Almost diagonally across Michael Collins Irish pub, Nature Cafe and Sequoia Bio Shop.
Ideally located for carpark, public transport and coffee stop!
