Combine the rain forest of Borneo, Java’s collection of mighty volcanoes and stunning landscapes with Bali's culture and UNESCO heritage site of rice fields. Join me on an amazing trip to experience the incredible contrasts and magical scenery of Indonesia. Get to the heart of Indonesian life by travelling locally!


We meet up at the airport hotel of Jakarta where we leave the next morning to the jungles of Borneo to view orang utans on traditional boats. We will breeze through Mount Bromo where our jeep bring us to the view points of at Mount Bromo to photograph the spectacular sunrise over moonlike landscape. Then we head over to Bali where our adventure continues with more landscapes and awakening our visual senses to the Balinese culture.


Independent travelling in a small group. A great way to bond with other like-minded travellers!


The photography workshop tour is open to photographers and non-photographers.

Day 1. Sunday 19th July

Day 2. Monday 20th July

We begin our adventure bright and early with a flight to Pangkalan Bun. Upon arrival, we’ll have some time to explore the village before transferring to our private boat, which will carry us deeper into the heart of Borneo.


As we navigate the river winding through Borneo’s lush jungle, we’ll be immersed in the sights and sounds of local wildlife, from playful monkeys to the rich chorus of the rainforest before arriving at the first orang utan feeding station.

For the next three days, we’ll disconnect completely—no 4G, no 5G, just the freedom to unplug and leave the digital world behind.

Evenings on the boat will bring gentle Yin yoga and candlelit dinners, allowing us to fully embrace the peaceful rhythms of the jungle.

Day 3. Tuesday. 21st July

We’ll begin our day with seated morning yoga on the boat’s roof deck, greeting the sunrise in silence, accompanied only by the sounds of the awakening jungle.


After breakfast, we’ll head to Camp Leakey for a jungle trek and an unforgettable encounter with the orangutans.


As the day winds down, we’ll gather for a relaxing Yin yoga session just before sunset, setting a tranquil tone for the evening.


This will be followed by another candlelit dinner on the boat, surrounded by the peaceful rhythm of the jungle.


To close the night, we’ll embark on a brave jungle walk, searching for glowing mushrooms and the wonders of small, nocturnal wildlife.

Day 4. Wednesday. 22nd July

We’ll begin with seated morning yoga on the boat’s roof deck, embracing the quiet of sunrise and the natural symphony of the jungle. After breakfast, we’ll set out to a nearby ranger camp for more inspiring encounters with orangutans.


Following lunch, we’ll explore the reforestation efforts at Camp Pesalat and then visit the Dayak village of Sekonyer. We'll take a canoe ride through the serene waterways.


As the day winds down, we’ll enjoy a calming Yin yoga session, cruising through the peaceful Napa area. With a bit of luck and good weather, we may be treated to a magical display of fireflies.
Our evening will conclude with a final candlelit dinner on the boat, savoring the serene atmosphere of our jungle surroundings.

Day 5. Thursday 23rd July

Our final morning on the boat begins with a gentle yoga session, followed by breakfast, as we savor our last moments on the river.


We’ll then return to the port and prepare for our transfer to the airport, where we’ll depart for Surabaya to visit the iconic Mount Bromo.


If time permits, we’ll enjoy an Easy Flow yoga session in the scenic landscape of Mount Bromo, letting the tranquil surroundings deepen our practice.


We’ll end the day with an optional group dinner, followed by an early night to rest for the next day’s adventures.

Day 6. Friday 24th July

We’ll depart at 4:00 AM for Mount Bromo, where we’ll witness the stars fade and the majestic sunrise illuminate the plateau.


After a simple, energizing breakfast, we’ll head to the airport for our flight to Bali. Upon arrival, our transport will take us to the stunning rice fields of Jatiluwih, arriving just in time to capture the late afternoon light as it transitions into a breathtaking sunset.


We’ll conclude the day with an optional group dinner, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of our surroundings.

Day 7 Saturday 25th July

Feel free to rise early if you'd like to catch the sunrise over the rice fields. Around 8:30 AM, we’ll come together for a refreshing morning yoga flow, followed by a delicious breakfast.

The rest of the day is yours to enjoy: wander the peaceful rice fields or take time to unwind and disconnect from the world.

In the late afternoon, we’ll gather for an energetic collective yoga flow session, wrapping up just before sunset so you can enjoy another stroll through the rice fields as the light fades.

An optional group dinner will be available for those who’d like to share the evening together.

Day 8 Sunday 26th July

Today begins with a very early wake-up call as we head to the serene lakes of Bratan for a peaceful morning mist boat trip.


After the boat ride, you’ll have the chance to visit one of Bali’s most important temples, Bedugal, before the tourist buses arrive, giving us a quiet, reflective experience.


We’ll enjoy breakfast together, followed by visits to the local markets or a short hike to a nearby waterfall, depending on your preference.


By early afternoon, we’ll return to the hotel where you’ll have free time to wander the rice fields or simply relax with a cup of coffee while taking in the tranquil views.


To wrap up the day, we’ll come together for a dynamic yoga class to build an appetite for dinner!
An optional group dinner will be available for those who wish to join.

Day 9 Monday 27th July

Rise early once more if you wish to capture the sunrise over the rice fields for the last time. Around 8:00 AM, we’ll come together for our final morning yoga flow class in Jatiluwih, followed by a wholesome breakfast.

At 10:00 AM, we’ll depart for Ubud, with a stop at another important Balinese mother temple along the way. We’ll arrive in Ubud by the afternoon, where we’ll be picked up on scooters and whisked away to explore the hidden rice fields once more.

In the late afternoon, we’ll gather for a calming Yin yoga class before enjoying an optional group dinner. The rest of the evening is yours to explore Ubud by night.

Day 10 Tuesday 28th July

We’ll start the day with a dynamic yoga class to energize you for the day ahead.

Afterward, you’ll have free time to explore on your own, enjoy a relaxing massage, unwind by the pool, or choose to join an alignment workshop.

In the afternoon, we’ll gather for a Yin Yang yoga class to help balance and wind down your day.

For those interested, an optional group dinner will be available, followed by the chance to experience one of Ubud’s many cultural dance shows.

Day 11 Wednesday 29th July.

We’ll begin the day with an early morning departure just after sunrise to the iconic Tegallalang rice fields, followed by a visit to the coffee plantations to taste the famous Luwak coffee and enjoy a delightful breakfast.

Next, we’ll head to the sacred water temple. For those interested, you can partake in the water cleansing ceremony for a small donation, offering a chance for reflection and renewal.

We’ll return to Ubud by early afternoon, giving you some free time to relax or explore. Later, we’ll come together for a Dynamic yoga class to close the day with energy and balance.

Day 12 Thursday 30th July

We’ll start the day with a morning yoga session, followed by a wholesome breakfast.

The rest of the day is yours to relax and unwind, or you can choose to join another yoga workshop—totally up to you!
In the late afternoon, we’ll come together for a collective dynamic yoga flow class, wrapping up just before sunset.

You’ll have ample time afterward to enjoy an aperitif and watch the sun go down.



An optional group dinner will be available for those who’d like to join.

Day 13 Friday 31st July

We’ll have an early morning departure to the island of Lembongan, arriving at your hotel by late morning. You’ll have plenty of time to relax, enjoy the beach, and soak up the sun!

Depending on the weather and beach conditions, there might be an opportunity for a yoga session on the beach.

An optional group dinner will be available for those who’d like to join..

Day 14 Saturday 1st August

Start your day with morning yoga, either on the beach or in the garden, depending on the weather.

Afterward, you’ll have the freedom to explore the island at your own pace—whether that means taking a scooter ride around the island or joining fellow yogis to explore the beaches and sights together!

Depending on the conditions, there may be another opportunity for yoga on the beach.

In the evening, an optional farewell group dinner will be available to celebrate the end of your journey together.

Day 15 Sunday 2nd August

Begin your final day with morning yoga, either on the beach or in the garden.


Enjoy your last moments on the beach before we transfer you to the harbor for your afternoon boat ride back to Bali, arriving around 2:00 PM. Transfers can be arranged for your onward destinations.


This marks the end of your wonderful 15-day journey!.
