We are living in uncertain times and I know how frustrating it can be to make plans and decisions with the constant changing situation and regulations.
Unlike airlines (and a few others) that keep your money and offer travel vouchers when situations change, with me, I will be as fair as I
can and in most cases,
you will have a refund
- no future credits , no vouchers and no hassles.
- During the first hour of the workshop, should you feel the COVID measures in place do not meet your expectations,
you may leave and receive a full refund.
- Should there be any important changes to group gathering conditions or your health situation (for example: lockdown, testing, isolation, positive test results), prior to the commencement of the workshop
you will receive a full refund.
- Should there be any important changes to group gathering conditions (for example: lockdown),
after
the commencement of the workshop
you will receive a refund of uncompleted sessions.
- In the unfortunate event that you are tested positive or have been in contact with someone tested positive, awaiting test results or need to go into self isolation
after
the commencement of the workshop
you will receive a refund of uncompleted sessions
(or choose to continue 'live' online.)
- In the unfortunate event that I have to go into isolation or am tested positive,
you will receive a full refund
(before commencement of the workshop), or
refund of uncompleted sessions
(after commencement of workshop).
Basically, I will try
to be as flexible as possible in other scenarios not mentioned above.
Please understand that I can't help or offer refunds if you are a
'no-show'
or do not communicate your issues with me, before or during the workshop.
