CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
No one likes additional adminstrative or paperwork. It is my hope that if you sign up for the workshop, you will be joining the full workshop and benefit from it.
Generally, about 14 days in advance, a partial non-refundable payment will be requested to secure your place for the workshop with a payment deadline. Please respect the deadline as failing that, your place is no longer guaranteed.
Payments made in advance are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be used as future credits regardless of professional, personal or medical reasons.
For gift card users, if you have reserved a place for the workshop, please show up or cancel 2 weeks before the workshops begins. If you do not show up for the workshop after reservation is made, the gift card is considered used.
Exceptions maybe made on a case by case basis, especially if you can let me know in advance that you are unable to attend the workshop. In the event that you are a ‘no-show’, very last minute cancellations, no exceptions will be considered for refunds.
Please ensure that you can be present and can attend all the sessions. It is not possible to join another group or choose alternate dates to ‘catch up’ with missed sessions.

Should there be any important changes to gatherings conditions (for example: lockdown), prior
to the commencement of the workshop you will receive a full refund.
Should there be any important changes to gatherings conditions (for example: lockdown), after
the commencement of the workshop you will receive a refund of uncompleted workshops.
In the unfortunate event that you are tested positive or have been in contact with someone tested positive, after
the commencement of the workshop you will receive a refund of uncompleted workshops.
In the unfortunate event that you have been in contact with someone tested positive and awaiting test results, after
the commencement of the workshop you will receive a refund of uncompleted workshops.
Basically, I will try too be as flexible as possible in any other scenarios not mentioned above!
