OK! Let’s be honest. You’re here because you have a great camera and are wondering what all those buttons, dials and menus do. Or perhaps you want to explore the wonderfully wider world of Photography! Maybe both?
Sure, you can shoot away on auto with little idea of what’s going on and hope for the best. With digital photography it’s easy to make hundreds of shots, and with luck on your side, probably catch a great photo or two.
However, photography is not a game of chance. It’s about intention, art and creativity. Essentially being a visual artist using images instead of words to express a feeling, an emotion, an idea or a vision. Your camera is a communicative tool for the visual artist, a.k.a. the photographer for self expression to capture a moment or place.
The Basic Photography Workshop covers the essential fundamentals to use your camera's full potential, to capture your visual experience as a photograph.
You'll be pleasantly surprised at how much will be covered in a 'Basic' workshop!
About the Basic Photography Workshop
This workshop runs in a choice of two formats. A weekday evening course of 6 sessions six sessions or the intensive weekend option, covered in two full days.

- The workshop fee is €250 for 6 weekday evening which includes refreshments.
- The workshop fee is €250 for 2 days weekend which includes refreshments, sandwich lunches.
